Q. Can I make a reservation online?

Yes. Just use our convenient online form to make a reservation today.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?

We require a credit card to book the reservation, but you may pay your driver with another credit card, debit card, cash, check or traveller’s check and your credit card will be refunded the complete account minus any remaining balance.

Q. Do I need to have a Credit Card to make a reservation?

Yes.

Q. Can I cancel my order and when?

Of course. We require 48 hours notice or cancellation fees may apply.

Q. Do you charge for Stops?

Using our hourly service, you are welcome to requests as many stops as you’d like. However, if you use our transfer service, additional fees apply for stops and added wait time.

Q. How will you arrange for my pick up from Airport?

Our chauffeur can meet and greet you at baggage claim, customs, or outside the airport in the designated limousine pickup lane.

Q. Do you charge any other fees?

A damage deposit is required and additional tolls, parking fees or incidentals along the way are the passenger’s responsibility.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book?

The earlier the better, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs at any time.

Q. Does my time start at my door or at your door?

At your door. We only charge once you’ve stepped inside the vehicle.

Q. Can we request a special language speaking driver?

Of course, we have drivers that speak English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and others.

Q. How does the tip to the driver work?

Your bill will already include an 18% gratuity, although you are welcome to tip more for exceptional service.

Q. How long have you been in business?

11 years in the Southern California area.

Q. What kind of a car do I need, if I have 4 people and want to go to Airport?

We recommend a Lincoln Stretch Limousine or an SUV.

Q. Do you make a sign with my name for my airport pick up?

Yes, if you’d like full meet and greet service, we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Q. Do I get charged for waiting time at the airport?

No, our drivers track your flight and arrive at a reasonable time before your expected exit from the baggage claim.

Q. Can I request my favorite driver?

Of course, our drivers love their regular clients!

Q. How should I let you know about my arrival flight change?

Only if you’re flight is cancelled or you miss it. We will track your flight from the air in the event it is early or late. If you miss your flight and do not alert us, there will be charges assessed.

Q. Are there drinks in your limos?

Soda and bottled water is complementary. On request, we can stock your vehicle with drinks you like.

Q. When do I get charged?

Payment is required at the time of reservation.

Q. Can I pay by cash?

Only after initial payment has been received via credit card. We will be happy to refund your card after cash payment on the day of service.

Q. What color are the cars?

Our vehicles vary color according to model and availability. Ask about what colors we have available for your trip at the time of reservation!

Q. What kind of equipment do your limos have?

Our vehicles have wet bars, state of the art light and sound systems with flat screen DVD entertainment options. Some models may have dancer poles or other options. See our “Fleet” page for more information.

Q. Do I have to pay for parking fees or any other fees?

Yes, these will be added to your bill.

Q. What is the advantage of opening an account?

If you become a regular customer, we can always have your vehicle stocked with your favorite flowers, drinks or driver.

Q. How can I open an account with your company?

Of course! Submit a request to our office using email or telephone.

Q. Do you accept special requests?

We will do everything possible to fulfill your requests.

Q. Do I get a confirmation number and when?

We will give you a confirmation number at the time of reservation or send you an email confirmation.

Q. What number should I call when I am ready for my airport curbside pick up?

At the time of reservation, you will receive the cellphone number of your driver to arrange pickup.
